Pupil Leadership

To nurture and develop confident individuals, the 4E (Elect, Equip, Expose and Exalt) framework provides opportunities for the school’s pupil leaders to acquire and develop leadership skills such as active and reflective listening, critical and creative thinking, mediation and dispute resolution, problem solving and decision making goal setting and action planning.

Customised and differentiated trainings are given to equip pupil leaders with valuable skills to serve the school’s needs.  Pupil Leaders are given wide exposure to horn their leadership skills through active participation in various school programmes.
